— These are for OC character design sheets! Must be a pre-existing OC, sketches are counted. [Must include color palette] Any design that doesn't have drawn references of character and requires me to make up a creative design will fall under custom design.— Complex Props included in the sheet will have a charge of $20-$30

DESIGN CHARGES
multicolored hair: $5-$15 (depending on hairstyle and how many colors, simple ones will not get charged)
detailed hairstyle: +$10-$30

PAYMENT/REFUND POLICY
Pay upfront in full price after I have sent the sketch.
Strictly NO REFUNDS after I have started rendering.
50% of the price can be refunded if I haven't started the render yet. State your reason before I decide the refund!
Requesting a refund just because I am taking too long to finish your commission is strictly prohibited UNLESS: Client has made it clear at the very start if their commission has a deadline.
Artist rights
The artist has the right to reject a commission request from a client without the need to state a reason.
The artist will not draw NSFW, extreme gore, real life criminals, political art, ai references, or anything that crosses the line.
The artist retain the copyright to showcase and distribution the clients commission both personal or commercial on their portfolio, whether it be digital or on social medias. The client can ask the artist beforehand to not have the work posted in social media.
Artist has the rights to post the commissions WIPS on their social media. The client must make it clear at the start for it to not be posted in any public platform.
client rights
The client cannot claim the work as their own, copy, trace, use the work for NFT, or do any alterations on the finished commission. Artist must be credited when their work is posted on social media.
The client is prohibited to commission another artist to alter my work simply because they are dissatisfied with the results.
Client cannot use the commission to feed to AI and train them to copy the artists artstyle.
The client receives exclusive usage rights as they wish for personal works. This usage right doesn't apply for commercial commissions as they have different rules.
Commercial usage will have additional charges.
